At Celliniwear , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item.
Articles must meet the following conditions:
Be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact.
Be returned in their original packaging.
Personalized or promotional items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Contact our customer service at contact@celliniwear.com , specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for return authorization with procedural instructions.
Carefully package the item and ship it to the address provided.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an ordering error on our part.
Once the product is received and checked, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days , depending on the original payment method.
Exchanges are not automatic. If you would like a different item, we invite you to make a new purchase and return the original item.
